Succulent prawns and delicate catfish in a zesty Marie Rose sauce, served with toasted whole grain bread.

Spiced Carrot & Saffron Soup (vg )(gf available)
A silky blend of carrots, infused with saffron and a hint of spice, served with warm artisan bread.

Black Pudding & Onion Ring Stack
Rich black pudding layered with crispy onion rings, topped with a soft poached egg and a creamy herb sauce.

Ham Hock Terrine
Tender ham hock terrine, served with tangy piccalilli and slices of toasted ciabatta.

Portobello Mushroom Tart (V)
A flaky pastry base filled with roasted Portobello mushrooms, caramelised onion chutney, and a touch of thyme.

 

Palate Cleanser

Rosé Prosecco Sorbet
A refreshing rosé champagne sorbet to cleanse the palate and prepare you for the mains.

 

Mains

Herb-Crusted Rack of Lamb
Perfectly pink lamb rack, crusted with fresh herbs, served with fondant potatoes, pea purée, charred shallots, and a rich redcurrant reduction. Accompanied by a side of buttered greens.

Pan-Seared Duck Breast
Succulent duck breast, cooked pink, on a bed of sweet potato purée with buttered bok choy, finished with a fragrant plum sauce.

Parma Ham-Wrapped Monkfish
Delicate monkfish fillet wrapped in Parma ham, served on garlic-crushed new potatoes and asparagus, with a creamy thyme-infused sauce.

Mushroom, Spinach & Pine Nut Wellington (V)
A golden puff pastry wellington filled with earthy mushrooms, spinach, and toasted pine nuts, served with roasted new potatoes, seasonal vegetables, and a rocket pesto dressing.

Traditional Roast Turkey
Juicy roast turkey with duck fat roast potatoes, buttered greens, glazed carrots, homemade stuffing, a giant Yorkshire pudding, and rich redcurrant gravy.

 

Desserts
