About the event
We love a good wine tasting and we've decided to make this one a bit special and so we are holding a super sociable wine tasting experiment. The courses will be all about the wine and the food is a taster to perfectly compliment.
We want to know why certain wines are paired with certain food and how they affect the taste. We want to be able to turn up to a party with the perfect bottle and be able to wow everyone with our wine knowledge. We also want to spend the evening at a super funky bar, drink lots of wine and meet cool people.
That is why our executive chef Paddy has designed a special tasting menu to perfectly accompany the wines and you'll be able to interact with the wine expert and ask all those questions you've always wondered about - and probably become a bit…
